We want you to feel good about every Cova purchase. If something is not quite right, we offer a simple return and exchange process for eligible items.

Return Policy Overview

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How It Works

1. Enter your order information.

Use the email address associated with your order, or enter your order number and ZIP code to locate your purchase. Order numbers start with CV. 

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return.

Choose the product(s), select your return reason, and continue through the portal.

3. Choose your preferred resolution.

Eligible returns may be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

4. Send your item back.

For domestic U.S. orders, a return label will be provided through the return portal. Once your return is received and processed, we will complete your selected resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment unless you choose an exchange or store credit. Once your return is received by our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks.

If an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, Cova may provide a one-time store credit for the price difference upon request.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, simply begin your return through the portal and select the exchange option during the process.

If there is a price difference, the balance will be automatically charged or refunded. Exchange orders ship once your original item has been sent back.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Items

If you believe you received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away. Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of shipment when accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damage caused by chlorine, oils, or wear outside normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Time From Purchase Store Credit Eligibility
1 to 3 months 100% of original purchase price
3 to 6 months 75% of original purchase price
6 to 12 months 50% of original purchase price


International Returns

At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels or exchanges for international orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
