Promotional codes may be used on eligible regular-priced merchandise only, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes are not valid on sale or clearance merchandise unless specifically noted, may not be combined with other offers, and only one promotional code may be used per order.

Cova reserves the right to modify or cancel coupon codes, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without notice.

If an item is reduced in price within 7 days of your purchase, Cova may provide a one-time store credit for the difference upon request. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy One Get One promotions, the discount is allocated proportionately across the qualifying items. If one or more items from a BOGO order are returned, the refund will reflect the prorated promotional discount applied to each item rather than the full original ticket price.

Final Sale & Clearance

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Clearance items are valid only while supplies last, are excluded from additional discounts unless expressly stated, are not eligible for price adjustments, and are final sale.

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Cova may offer free or discounted shipping promotions for orders shipped within the continental U.S. only. International orders are excluded unless otherwise stated.
