Important Shipping Address Notice
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Cova is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
All orders are shipped from California, Monday through Friday. Cova does not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Please note: Some orders may be delayed during high-volume sale periods. Shipping rates and transit times are approximate. Cova is responsible for shipping on time only as stated in our terms and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, weather, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping
Shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Promotions
Free or discounted shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within the continental U.S. unless otherwise stated. International orders are excluded from shipping promotions.
During qualifying promotions, shipping discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
